- Peel onion and dice finely. Clean tomato and dice. Mix all ingredients with mincemeat and olive oil, season well.
- Heat pot 24 cm 2.5 l on the Navigenio at level 6 up to frying window. Bring a dough base in the typical oval form, place in and spread meat mixture on it.
- Set pot on a heat-resistant base and place Navigenio overhead. Bake at high level approx. 2- 3 minutes. Do the same with the second pide.
Tip: In case a little mincemeat dough is left over, make a quick mincemeat-vegetable stew from it: heat suitable pot at highest level up to frying window, fry the remaining mincemeat such that it is crumbly and add prepared vegetables to it, as desired. Place lid, heat up to vegetable window and cook approx. 10 minutes.
