- Mix eggs, salt, flour and milk. Finally stir in a dash of mineral water.
- Heat pan at highest level up to frying window. Then switch off hotplate. Add oil and spread. Pour 1/4 of the batter and swirl a little.
- Set at low level and place lid. As soon as the turning point of 90 °C is reached, flip pancake.
- Place lid again. As soon as approx. 90 °C is reached again, the pancake is ready.
- Make remaining pancakes as described and fry until complete at low level (if necessary, increase a little for the last pancake). Here the right time to flip is always 90 °C and they are ready as soon as 90 °C is reached again.
