Preparation

  1. Heat up a 24cm Roaster  along with the sliced onions on highest heat till the red pointer of the reaches the frying window. 
  2. Open the lid and stir for a 2-3 minutes on low heat. Mix in the garlic paste followed by the ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cottage cheese, capsicums, sugar and green chillies. Stir in the tomato puree. Then cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the garam masala powder and corianders leaves and remove from heat.
  4. Optionally, dot with 1 tsp of butter for added flavor especially when serving children.
