Preparation

  1. Prepare all vegetables as mentioned. Pin the garlic in the cabbage.
  2. Place them in the order from above dripping wet in cold pot. Cover with lid.
  3. Heat up on medium level.
  4. Do the hand test.
  5. Switch to low level and cook for about 15 minutes.
  6. Switch off the heat and keep covered for a few minutes before serving.
