- Place the grated onions and garlic in 20cm High and heat up on highest heat till the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches the frying window.
- Reduce to low heat and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add all the remaining vegetables and stir.
- Pour in the vegetable stock and add the pasta, salt and pepper.
- Simmer approx. 10-12 minutes (with the lid partially on) till the pasta and vegetables are soft. Sprinkle with grated cheese and remove from heat. Serve hot with dinner rolls.
