  1. Mix all ingredients to make the dough and let it rest for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Heat up oPan large at highest level/flame until the perfect temperature for roasting has been reached.
  3. Reduce to low level/flame and place 4 small portions of dough in the oPan large.
  4. As soon as the dough sets, flip and bake until done. Proceed with the remaining batter.



Serve with caramelized walnuts and honey!
