  1. Process flour, butter, water and salt to make smooth dough. Wash lemon with hot water, grate zest, pluck rosemary needles and chop finely. Grate cheese, mix with lemon zest and rosemary.
  2. Roll out dough thinly on a powdered working surface and cut out about 24 circles of approx. 12 cm. Place a little of the filling on each, fold into semicircles and press the edges firmly.
  3. Take oil in a HotPan and cover with lid. Place HotPan on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on the Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
  4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps by reaching the roasting window, place 6 dumplings in the HotPan and set at level 2, cover with lid again.
  5. Deep-fry the dumplings using the Audiotherm until the turning point of 90°C is reached and deep-fry in the open pan until they are golden brown. If necessary, remove the moisture on the lid with kitchen paper.
  6. Deep-fry the remaining dumplings in the same way at level 2 using the Audiotherm, drain on kitchen paper. Best served warm drizzled with honey.
