The AMC glass lid provides a clear view. With a diameter of 28 cm, it can be used on all AMC Premium Cooking System pots and pans with the same diameter. Equipped with the Visiotherm, the lid can be used for the cooking methods of roasting without adding fat, cooking without adding water, and the 60 °C function. The transparent, white, and heat-resistant glass allows you to view the pot or pan while cooking. The Visiotherm, which is attached to the lid with a fixing ring, can be easily unscrewed. All parts, including the Visiotherm, are dishwasher-safe. Without the Visiotherm, the glass lid is heat-resistant up to 240 °C. The glass lid can be used instead of the standard lid.
