Procedure:

Heat up the 24 cm Deep wok on medium heat along with the onions for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat, open the lid and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Add the tomatoes, cottage cheese, capsicum, sugar and green chillies. Then, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the garam masala powder, coriander leaves and remove from heat. Optionally, dot with 1 tsp of butter for added flavor.
