    Carrot cream soup with ginger

  1. Peel and dice onion and ginger. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes.  
  2. Take potatoes and carrots, dripping wet, in a pot, spread onion and ginger over it.
  3. Place pot on stove and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 20 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable window appears.
  4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps by reaching the vegetable window, set at low level and cook until done. 
  5. Pour stock and wine over the vegetables. Bring soup to boil, add crème fraîche and purée it. 
  6. Cut chives in rings. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with chives.
