Preparation

  1. Clean apple and dice into small cubes. Dust with cinnamon.
  2. Mix butter with sugar until frothy, stir in egg. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in with milk. Fold apples into batter.
  3. Place pot on Navigenio and heat on Navigenio alt level 6 up to roasting window.
  4. Spread batter in 6 muffin moulds (à approx. 50 ml). Set moulds in a Softiera insert.
  5. Set Softiera insert inside the pot, cover with lid and then bake at level 2 approx. 15 minutes. Then set pot in inverted lid and place ­Navigenio upside down. Bake at low level approx. 7 minutes until light brown.
  6. Let muffins cool down and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
