  1. Heat up pot on medium setting/heat.
  2. Do the sizzle test.
  3. Put in clean and dry meat. Put lid back on.
  4. Turn meat as soon as it can be loosened easy from the bottom (after 2-3 minutes) and put lid back on.
  5. Switch to lowest setting/smallest heat.
  6. Finish cooking for 4-5 minutes.
