- Heat up pot on medium setting/heat.
- Do the sizzle test.
- Put in clean and dry meat. Put lid back on.
- Turn meat as soon as it can be loosened easy from the bottom (after 2-3 minutes) and put lid back on.
- Switch to lowest setting/smallest heat.
- Finish cooking for 4-5 minutes.
