    Tomato-Mozzarella Pasta Gratin

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in a 20 cm Super high using a Softeira with vegetable stock following the AMC Cooking method for cooking dehydrated foods.
  2. Heat up a 24 cm Roaster along with chopped onion, garlic till the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches the frying window. Fry till the onions turn pink in colour.
  3. Now add the chopped tomatoes, black olives, vinegar, celery and cook on low heat till stop window. Open the lid and add the pasta along with salt, mix well. Cook on low heat till the pasta is cooked well.
  4. To bake, place the pasta in a suitable baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  5. Heat up a 24 cm Roaster on highest heat till the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches the frying window. Set the baking dish directly into the unit and bake on low heat till the cheese melts.
