- Heat up a 24 cm Roaster on highest heat till the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches the frying window.
- Drop in corn seeds. Toast the seeds by stirring continuously till small brown spots appear. Cover and leave the unit on medium heat for a few minutes till the seeds begin to pop.
- Now lower the heat. Once all the seeds pop, turn into a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Optionally, fry the corn seeds in 1-2 tsps of oil and let them pop as mentioned above.
Tip : Cover the bottom of unit with only one layer of corn seeds so as to give them ample space to pop
