  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Prick the chicken with a fork and rub in the marinade. Cover and keep aside for 5-6 hours.
  2. Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a 24cm roaster. Cook on low heat until the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches the vegetable window. Now roast each drumstick directly on fire, to get a roasted flavor. Serve with onion rings and lime wedges.  

          Tip : If desired, brush the chicken with little butter before roasting over the fire.
