- Place the carrots and beans, dripping wet into a 16cm Low. Cover and cook on high heat till vegetable window.
- Heat up a 24 cm Eurasia wok on highest heat till the red indicator reaches the frying window. Reduce the heat and add 2 tsp of oil along with ginger paste. Fry the ginger paste and add the spring onions, cooked carrot and beans. Stir for a minute and mix in the rice. Add salt to taste & fry for a little more and remove from heat. Keep covered for a few minutes before serving.
