- Pour milk into a 24 cm Roaster and heat on highest heat till the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches vegetable window.
- Remove the lid and boil until the milk thickens a little. Add the grated carrots and fresh cream. Mix well.
- Cook on medium heat till carrots soften. Add sugar. Dry up the moisture, stirring occasionally, till the halwa starts to leave the sides of the unit. Remove from heat and garnish.
- For garnishing, heat up a 16 cm low on high heat without the lid for 2 minutes. Add ghee and toast the cashew nuts on low heat, till golden brown. Garnish the halwa with toasted cashew nuts and serve hot.
