- Wash and pat dry the fish slices. Rub in the chilli and turmeric powders. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and shallow fry.
- To fry, grease a 24 cm Hot pan with 1-2 tsp of oil and heat up on highest heat till the red pointer of the visiotherm reaches the frying window. Arrange the fish slices in the hot pan, lower the heat, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Turn the fish over and drizzle 1 tsp of oil around the edges. Increase to medium heat, take off the lid and fry for a few seconds.
- Remove from the unit and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with onion rings. Add lime juice and serve hot.
