  1. Place the grated onions and garlic in 20cm High and heat up on highest heat till the red indicator of the visiotherm reaches the frying window.
  2. Reduce to low heat and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add all the remaining vegetables and stir.
  3. Pour in the vegetable stock and add the pasta, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer approx. 10-12 minutes (with the lid partially on) till the pasta and vegetables are soft. Sprinkle with grated cheese and remove from heat. Serve hot with dinner rolls.
