  1. Wash potatoes and scrub well, place on a Softiera-insert and place in a suitable pot with approx. one cup of water. Close with a Secuquick softline and heat at highest level up to first soft window, cook at low level approx. 8 minutes, depending on size.
  2. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely, drain capers, mix with wine vinegar and lemon juice. Fold in olive oil, season well with salt and pepper.
  3. De-pressurise Secuquick under running water, let water on potatoes evaporate a little and halve or quarter them. Cut olives in slices. Mix both with the dressing in a Lasagnera, steep closed at least 1 hour.
  4. Pluck parsley leaves, chop and sprinkle over the salad to serve.
