Preparation

  1. Peel the onion, clean spring onions and cut both into pieces. Put them together with the chili in Quick Cut and cut finely. Add eggs, ingredients for seasoning and mix all together in the Cut Quick with some pulls.
  2. Heat up a HotPan 24 cm on the Navigenio with level 6 up to frying window using Audiotherm.
  3. When Audiotherm beeps, put in the egg mixture and switch off Navigenio.
  4. Place the pan on a heat resistant surface and put the switched off Navigenio upside down and bake for 3 minutes using the residual heat.

Tip: Be creative: Add mushrooms, shrimps or other ingredients that you like.
